Living/dining room with TV, two Murphy beds (80 x 190), separate kitchen (2 hotplates, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric coffee maker), shower, separate toilet, and furnished terrace.
Bed linens included. €600 security deposit only by credit card imprint - NO PETS - NO SMOKING Please note tourist tax is extra, according to the current Menton Municipality rate. Five minutes from Garavan train station, you can quickly travel to Monaco, Italy, and the entire region.
Public parking is available near the apartment. The Garavan district, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby.
The new Menton Garavan port and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped.
Here you will find numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and live entertainment. - Check-in time: Daily from 4 [hidden] / Except Sundays - Check-out time: Before 10 [hidden] - Deposit returned 15 days after departure. *Housekeeping: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied. Glass bottles must be disposed of in the designated containers in town. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in an additional charge of €45 (including tax) per hour. L'emplacement de la résidence ou se trouve le studio est super . A deux pas de la plage à deux pas de la gare de menton garavan . La residence est très calme .très très bien entretenue .
L appartement est très bien . La vaisselle à besoin d'être changée. La déco un peu trop ancienne . Nous avons eu...
