Located in a quiet holiday home area with views of Lake Hennesee, just 300 meters from the beach, this house is set in the heart of the Sauerland.
The property and outdoor areas were fully renovated and newly furnished in 2024. Parking is available at the house, including a wallbox for electric cars; use is available for an extra fee. The garden house features an infrared sauna where you can relax while enjoying the garden and lake view. Amenities: The modern living room with smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows invites you to unwind.
From here, you access the open-plan kitchen with a bench for up to 4 people.
Underfloor heating keeps the living area comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, and plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils. One bedroom with a large double bed, smart TV, and lake view.
One children's room with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer (drawer under the sink), vanity with cabinet, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating.
In the laundry room: iron, ironing board, drying rack, and detergent. The newly landscaped garden with a large, partly covered terrace is fully fenced and offers a big table with 4 chairs, a lounge set, a beach chair, and sun umbrellas. At Lake Hennesee, you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards.
Sailors can rent guest moorings.
The Winterberg ski lift carousel is 30 km away.
The Hunau and Hohe Lied ski areas are about 15 minutes away.
