No work will be carried out from December 19 to January 6, on weekends, or on public holidays. Yucas Villa 13 is a 2-bedroom holiday home in El Salobre Golf Resort, featuring a private pool that can be heated for an extra fee and accommodating up to 4 guests.

A supermarket is located at the entrance of the complex. Private parking is included.

For bookings over 9 nights, cleaning and linen changes are provided.

The property is in a residential area; parties or any activity that may disturb neighbors are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside, but is allowed on the terrace.
