The former rectory is located directly opposite the "Notre Dame du Verger" chapel, above the "Plage du Verger".
The beautiful sandy beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away. It consists of two halves: "Maison Mer" and "Maison Chapelle du Verger".
Maison Mer was renovated in 2023 and has 3 bedrooms (the 3rd bedroom is not closed by a door).
It has a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
On the first floor there is an open kitchen with a sitting area and a large fireplace, which is complemented by another living and dining area.
There are impressive views of Le Verger beach and the small lake Each house has a private outdoor area as well as a shared terrace This property features a shared outdoor area with a garden and open terrace. 4 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
