Local attractions and activities: - Friston Forest is on your doorstep as is the Seven Sisters which leads you down into - Cuckmere Haven where you can continue to Alfriston or stop for some food and refreshments and catch a bus back up the hill. minutes Beachy Head and Birling Gap are along the coastline towards Eastbourne or you can walk along the South Downs way as it meets here just a few fields away.
Pony trucking available at Polegate and water sports at Buzz at the Cukemere or in Eastbourne.
Drusillas Soo is a 15 min drive away and Rathvinney Champagne Vinyatd is two valleys along.
Lewis with its history and famous fireworks night is a 20 min drive & the Bloomsbury set’s infamous Charleston House is just 20 mins away.
You may bump into some famous people as you wonder around. - Cupani Garden (10 minutes driving).
Have a supermarket delivery to the door or head out to town where theatres bars live bands, tribute acts, classical Opera and all genre of music await you.
Many fabulous restaurants available in town so you can be sure to have some fabulous dining experiences.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 4PM & Check-out time is 10AM. - Smoking is not allowed inside but perfectly fine outside. - Pets are sometimes allowed at the property if kept downstairs at all times. - Parties and events are not allowed after 10PM outside.
But you should feel free to have reasonable decibel music and fun during daytimes, I would just ask that you bring yourselves and any loud music inside after 10-11pm in respect of the serene village.

Amazing house with all facilities needed nice and clean. Host very welcoming and friendly. Amazing views.
Not able to use pool much as remained cold due to weather mainly. Sauna area too far from house and slightly stuffy feel.
