Location: Ostseebad Swinoujscie (Swinemünde). Very beautiful, quiet location in the city center, not far from the harbor with excursion boats 50 m. Restaurants, cafes, shops 150 m, amphitheater 1.5 km, climbing park 1.7 km, promenade with shops and restaurants 1.5 km. Baltic Sea beach 1.6 km.
House: Modern residence, built in 2023. Holiday apartment with friendly, modern furnishings. Free internet via Wi-Fi. Central heating. Balcony with seating furniture. Note: Due to construction work on the adjacent property, noise disturbances are to be expected until at least the end of March 2026. This may be greater or lesser depending on the work being carried out.

Jeden Morgen ab 7 Uhr sind die Bauarbeiten angefangen im Innenhof. Bis zum Strand waren es 2km. Wir sind Frühaufsteher und laufen gerne aber man hätte es in der Anzeige erwähnen können.
