The shared garden offers a relaxing space with outdoor furniture, a pergola, sun loungers, a plancha grill, and play equipment for children.

The house consists of four independent units.
If you rent the entire property, the house can accommodate up to 18 guests.

- Free street parking is available, and you can reserve a space in the secure courtyard parking for an extra fee, as well as request a baby cot free of charge (to be confirmed before arrival).
- The property has a private entrance with a key and key box for easy check-in.
- For your security, the exterior is equipped with a video surveillance system. Please make sure to lock your unit and the veranda when leaving the premises.
