The house is close to Girona airport (20 minutes). 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. The house has a small electric heater, a fireplace in the living room, and fans. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. Guests must be minimum 25 years old. If the check-out instructions (leaving dirty sheets and towels in the bathroom, emptying the dishwasher, removing food scraps from the refrigerator, and taking out the trash) are not followed, a charge will be applied to the deposit.
