Mill Workers Cottagel is a cottage with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a king-size, a second-floor twin, and second-floor single, served by a bathroom and cloakroom. Highchair, stairgate, and cot available on request, ideal for families with children. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with patio and furniture, an outbuilding for storage and roadside parking is available. Within 0.2 miles or less there is a shop, pub and the River Derwent, and please note, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent.
