Landhaus Kitzhorn is located close to the Schwarzsee lake and golf course. The chalet is centrally located between the Hahnenkammbahn and Fleckalmbahn (cable cars). This cute studio flat is located on the ground floor and has a living room/bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The flat has 1 car parking space. The exclusive furnishings ensure a pleasant stay.

A ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity and the cross-country ski trail is approx. 450 metres away.
Hiking trails into the Tyrolean mountains are directly accessible from the flat and the Schwarzsee is only 1.6 km from the house and is a popular excursion destination.

Ein schönes kleines Apartment, mit vielen kleinen gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten drumherum !
Für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend, jedenfalls im Sommer
Die Lage ist perfekt, nebenan gleich der Obersee der zum schwimmen einlädt und ansonsten sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen!
Eine wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.

Das "Chalet" ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gab neben der Haustür einen schönen überdachten Sitzplatz an dem man den Tag ausklingen lassen konnte. Auch in der Wohnung gab es zwei gemütlichen Sessel um sich nach einer Wanderung zu entspannen. Es ist genau richtig für zwei Personen.
Die Ausfahrt auf die Hauptstr. ist im abendlichen Verkehr ist etwas schwierig aber zu meistern. An der Wohnung selbst gab es nichts auszusetzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nettes Chalet in Toplage mit schöner Aussicht und dem Gefühl von Zuhause!
Bus zur Ski Piste gleich beinah vor der Tür. In 5 Minuten ist man im Kitzbühel Zentrum oder am Schwarzsee oder in 10 Minuten am Wilden Kaiser. Sehr schöne Region!
