The gîte includes a double bed, a bathroom and separate toilet, an adjoining and separate kitchen, and a pleasant terrace with garden furniture. The house is a beautiful group of stone buildings dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, set in enchantingly green parkland, a landscape of tall oaks and meadows.

The garden is lined with greenery, dry stone walls, old roses, honeysuckle, clematis, hydrangea, wisteria, a Zen garden, vegetable garden and orchard... A peaceful, intimate space, where you'll find hidden corners here and there, inviting you to sit back, stretch out with a good book and let yourself drift off into daydreams... The Gîte de la Villate has been designed as a veritable ode to nature! Just a few kilometers from this little paradise, you'll find seaside resorts such as the Bay of Mont ST Michel, ST Malo, Cancale and Dinard, and inland towns such as Combourg, Dol-de-Bretagne, Dinan and the surrounding forests.
