Das Haus liegt zentral und ist ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, 2 Fernseher, einen Parkplatz und eine Art Balkon.
Die Wohnung war zu Silvester (natürlich) sehr teuer. Küchenausstattung ist überschaubar. Es ist sehr hellhörig.
