Welcome to "Il Teatro," your second home in San Gimignano just a few meters from Piazza Duomo and Piazza della Cisterna.
In a historic building dating back to 1250, "Il Teatro" apartment was restored in 2024 with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, kitchen with induction hob, washing machine, Lavazza coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, bathroom with large shower, hair dryer, 43-inch SmartTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus.
The two double rooms are cool and quiet: the first has a double bed and if required an extra bed and/or crib, the second can be set up with two single beds or a double bed.
Stay at "Il Teatro" if you want to live like a real local: on Thursdays and Saturdays, a local market is held in Piazza Duomo and Piazza delle Erbe.
The calendar of cultural and sporting events is rich all year round and can be found at San Gimignano webpage.
Living in the historic center you will have all the necessary services available within a few meters: pharmacies, post office, banks, veterinarian, florist, clothing stores, laundromat, grocery stores, restaurants.
There are numerous starred restaurants (even on your doorstep!) as well as pizzerias and local eateries.
Remember that we are in a restricted traffic zone but parking is possible only 200m away.
Tourist tax needs to be paid at the arrival.
All guests need to provide copy of their IDs before the arrival or at the check-in at the latest for registration to Italian authorities.

Modern design, convenient location, center of San Gimigiano. Loved the rooms and shower size! Super comfortable and bright. We loved the host hospitality and felt well looked after!
I liked everything and highly recommend the property! Just keep in mind - There is no elevator in the building so comfortable shoes are must!
