Mid-station only 650m away (walking distance).
Ski-in access to the house for experienced skiers when snow conditions permit.
Parking at the mid-station (free), then access to the house via a 650m cleared footpath.
Free ski depot with boot dryer at the mid-station.
Luggage transport by landlord (included in rental price).
House: Rustic alpine hut, completely renovated in 2010. 2.5-room house with approx. 45 sqm of living space.
Rustic-cosy, friendly furnishings.
Non-smoking house.
Heating with wood-burning stove, electric radiators.
Terrace.
A 650.13 Alpine Hut 1-4 Persons: Ground floor: Cosy living room with sofa set, flat-screen satellite TV.
Separate kitchen with dining area, small kitchenette (2-plate electric stove, additional wood-burning stove). 4-bed room with double bed, bunk bed.
Bathroom: shower, washbasin, toilet. ---------------------------------------- Additional costs Final cleaning €60.
Wood is provided, €40/week.
Electricity according to consumption.
