Location: Vex. Wonderfully quiet location at an altitude of 1015 m in a chalet settlement above the village. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Centre of Vex with restaurants, shops 800 m. Les Masses with chair lift to the ski area Quatre Vallées 6 km. Les Collons 9 km.
House: Beautiful Swiss chalet. 4-room house with 90 sqm living space over 2 floors. Cosy chalet atmosphere with wood panelling in all rooms. Washing machine, tumble dryer. Electric heating. Hot water via 150 litre electric boiler. Non-smoking house. South-facing terrace, balcony. Ski room in the cellar. 1 car parking space (50 m). Note: Free internet access via W-Lan is planned from autumn 2022, confirmation only from August 2022.
Parterre: Hallway with cloakroom. Living room (35 sqm) with cosy seating area, fireplace (decoration only), satellite TV, radio/CD, dining table, kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher), terrace. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC.
