Location: Längenfeld. Quiet location with wonderful views of the Ötztal Alps. Town centre 2.5 km. Ski resort Sölden 12.8 km. Free transfer from the house to the ski bus stop (3x in the morning, 3x in the evening). Ski bus stop 2 km. Charging facilities for electric cars via the host, 550 m.
House: Former mountain inn converted into a spacious holiday home with sustainable energy supply (electricity from hydropower, wood heating). 11-room holiday home, 280 m² living space over 3 floors. Good pension comfort. Only double rooms for occupancy of up to 16 people. All bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Free internet access via W-Lan. Central heating. Ski boot room in the cellar.
Parterre: 2 cosy pine-panelled parlours, one with tiled stove, satellite TV. Professionally equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, additional wood-burning cooker. Pantry with freezer.
1st floor: 2 double rooms with shower, Wb. 2 double rooms with Wb. Two 3-bed rooms with Wb. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC. 3 separate WC. Urinal.
2nd floor: 2 double rooms with wb, balcony. Bedroom for 7 people (dormitory).
