We offer our guests a charming two-room apartment with sea and pool views, located within the Helios Residence in Nisportino, which offers resort-like amenities.
The property is immersed in a stunning landscape of Mediterranean scrub, within a 15,000-square-meter private estate.
In a panoramic location near the sea, the apartments are approximately 350 meters from the public gravel and pebble beach, accessible both on foot and by car. This is an ideal destination for snorkeling, scuba diving, and boat excursions.
It is a charming and evocative place, ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday, rediscovering a wild and unspoiled stretch of coast.
Being a small cove, the wind doesn't disturb the sea, leaving it as calm as possible.
The beach bar/restaurant is an excellent place for both aperitifs and swimming (from which you can enjoy unique sunsets!). The water is stunning and colorful (it's no coincidence that it's one of the beaches on the Costa Che Brilla). A scenic path (facing the sea on the right) takes you to a spot where you can admire the bay from above. Two-room apartment, sleeps 2/5 - 35 sq m + covered veranda The apartment is located about 80 meters from the pool.
It consists of a living room with a sofa bed that opens to a double bed and a kitchenette, a double bedroom + single bed, and a bathroom with shower.
Guests have access to a large, furnished covered veranda with sea views. Furniture type: - good Apartment amenities: - induction stove; Smart TV; refrigerator; hairdryer; Wi-Fi Important Notes: - check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM. - Only small/medium-sized pets are allowed, with a €30.00 cleaning fee. - Mandatory security deposit: €150.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM). - Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on site. - Groups of Young People under 21 are not permitted (family welcome). Please note: - The swimming pool will be available from approximately June 30th to approximately September 15th. We do not recommend this area for guests without a car; it is not served by public transportation.

Die Außenanlage war schön, viel Grün, Pool sehr schön, WLan gut (allerdings nur im Zimmer verfügbar)
Sehr wenig Austattung Küche , sehr einfach möbliert, Bad recht alt, Check In gestaltet sich schwierig da es keine Rezeption gibt und du nicht weist an wen du dich wenden sollst, es gibt in dem Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mann muss mindestens 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, recht rustikale Straßen, fahren
