The proximity to the train station and the stores for daily needs, e.g. supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, medical center and public transport is particularly noteworthy. The Chiemgau Thermen with thermal baths, outdoor area, sauna world, wellness and cosmetics area are only 500 meters away. Bad Endorf is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in and around the village. The mountains can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. WLAN and a free parking lot are included in the price.

Highway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in the direction of Traunstein, in Rosenheimer Straße in Bad Endorf turn right into the railroad underpass, turn left and follow Simsseeweg into Hochriesstraße and after approx. 700 m turn right into Zugspitzstraße. Salzburg - Munich highway, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Mauerkirchen, turn left into Kurstraße in front of the Mercedes car dealer, at the end of the street turn right into Ströbinger Straße, turn left into Hochriesstraße and after approx. 500 m turn left again into Zugspitzstaße. Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Walk 10 minutes.

Description of the accommodation
Very comfortably furnished apartment (approx. 58 m²) with separate entrance on the first floor with living room, kitchen, bathroom (shower/WC) and bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as food and coffee service, cutlery, coffee machine, egg stove, whisk etc.. The apartment also has satellite TV, a telephone (free use within Germany to landlines) and bed linen and towels are included. A washing machine is available in the house. W-LAN and internet access available as well as a parking lot directly in front of the house. The apartment is quietly located in the spa area in a cul-de-sac and only 5 minutes walk from the Chiemgau thermal baths.
