Die geschmackvolle Ausstattung der Wohnung, der tolle Zustand der Wohnung sowie die sehr große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen, Ücker und Stettiner Haff .
Keine Gastronomie, kein Bootsverleih, kein Fahrradverleih in der sogenannten Lagunenstadt.

Der Ausblick von der schönen großen Terrasse in die Natur war sehr schön.
Und die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet.
Die Öffnungszeiten des Café in der Nähe waren sehr kurz, sodass man meist nach Ückermünde musste, um mal Kaffee zu trinken.
