Lilac Cottage is a delightful 19th century Cotswold home which sleeps four guests, in two bedrooms, with a family bathroom. There are many traditional charms and character features which have been cleverly enhanced by modern fittings and a contemporary colour scheme. Each room has been carefully curated, a highlight being the bright sitting room with its roaring open fire and multiple windows bathing the space in sunlight throughout the year. The garden offers a fantastic extension of the reception space, complete with a sunny patio and large lawn. Two medium sized dogs are welcome to join in this dog friendly holiday cottage, making Lilac Cottage a perfect getaway for the entire family.

This two bedroom holiday cottage occupies an enviable position on the outskirts of Stow-on-the-Wold, with a plethora of amenities, shops and eateries all within a short stroll. The Cotswold holiday accommodation is laid out as follows

We had a wonderful stay at Lilac Cottage. The cottage is absolutely lovely and cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing break. It’s beautifully kept and feels like a real home away from home. The location is fantastic — with shops, cafés, and pubs just a short walk away. A perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds. We’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it.

The cottage needs to sort out central heating as it was cold in the night and early evening the open fire does not give enough heat and the central heating only comes on in the Moring in\r\n

Perfect Cotswolds retreat, it’s absolutely gorgeous here very private and quiet, fully equipped it had everything we needed. Perfect location for stow on the wold and we will be definitely staying here again, loved it xx
