Welcome to Villa Blue Bay – your spacious retreat in a dream location! The three-story, spacious, and top-equipped Villa Blue Bay is located in the village of Kruče, about 50 meters from the sea and next to a charming beach.
Villa Layout:
Ground floor – two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
First floor – a living room with an integrated kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom; the living room opens onto a terrace with a pool.
Second floor – a kitchen with a terrace, one bedroom, and two bathrooms.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.
The property is fenced.
The villa includes two parking spaces. Kruče is a small village, pleasant and green – yet with very good transport links.
There are practically no hotels here, and the place remains quiet and peaceful even in mid-summer.
In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance, there is a small pebble beach with clear water and a small café.
The bay of Kruče is known among insiders for its crystal-clear water.
The small village on the southern Adriatic coast offers a relaxed and restful atmosphere and is perfect for sun worshippers who love relaxation, nature, and sightseeing.
Enjoy the perfectly clean water, for example, while snorkeling, swimming, or fishing.
Discover cultural attractions such as the picturesque old towns of Stari Grad Ulcinj or Stari Bar.
