It has 10m2 of living space on the ground floor + a mezzanine bedroom on the first floor (attic).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen area with table-bar, shower room (shower and wc).
First floor (access via miller's staircase): mezzanine bedroom (attic), with a 140x190cm bed, TV (maximum ceiling height: 1.25m).
Underfloor heating.
Wifi internet access.
Outdoors
Quiet setting, grounds and private south-facing terrace facing the mountains (Mont Blanc massif).
Private terrace facing the Alpine peaks (Mont-Blanc, Fiz), with garden furniture: parasol, deckchairs and gas hob.
House & grounds
Charming little detached duplex chalet in front of the owners' family farm (which also includes 2 other gîtes).
The owners, who are farmers, will be delighted to share their work with you (farm on site, Abondance dairy cows).
Location & surroundings
Combloux village centre less than 5 minutes' drive away (1.8km): shops, restaurants and biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc + wellness area).
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 11km away.
Megève 7km away (10 minutes by car): casino, golf course, swimming pool, ice rink, etc.
Winter skiing: access to the Combloux ski area 1.5km away via the Bouchet ski lift (link to the Jaillet/Megève ski area). Main Combloux ski area car park (Cruy Cuchet) 3.5km away. Princesse cable car 3.8km away (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km away (40 minutes by car).
Annecy and Lake Geneva around 1 hour away.

Udsigten over bjergene, samt eget køkken og bad.
Der var meget varmt i soveværelset, tros vinduere var åbne og blæster kørte. Jeg manglede et sted at sidde afslappet indenfor når det regner fx en sofa/bænk.
