Property was even bigger than the pictures made it out to be. Perfect for our family of 4. Everyone loved how close we were to the beach. Even with the closest pool closing after Labor Day, the one that was open was a quick 5min walk. It’s also close to a bunch of restaurants that we walked to for meals and a CVS should you need to grab anything you forgot to pack. We’ll be back!

This was such a cozy and convenient location for beach and tennis and exploring southern DE beaches. No direct view of beach but that didn’t matter as it was a welcoming environment. The Sea colony community is really nice and easy to get around in also. We would rent this again.

The entry rug was frayed and dangerous. Mirror on bathroom wall is old. There was sand al over the balcony. We paid full price for the pools but most of them were closed. The room could use some updating.
