You can have your meals and relax on a pleasant west-facing terrace (electric awning, 2 armchairs, 4 chairs) The T3 is composed of: - an entrance with wardrobe A living room that opens onto the terrace: - lounge area (flat screen TV + internet box, 2 sofas) - Fitted kitchen equipped and open to the living room (table + 4 chairs): induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, oven, microwave, 3-drawer fridge-freezer, NESPRESSO KRUPS coffee machine, kettle, toaster - 1 bedroom (160 cm bed) - 1 bedroom (2 80 cm beds side by side, possibility of moving them) - Shower room: Italian shower, single sink, hair dryer and towel dryer - Separate WC No parking in the residence.
