A picturesque path through the lawn leads to the house, where you’ll find a private terrace ideal for enjoying breakfast, dinners, or meals prepared on the barbecue.

Interior

The house is a charming 50 m² two-story apartment.

On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living area that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

You can relax on the sofa while watching satellite TV, listen to music on the CD player, or cozy up by the wood stove on cooler days.

The compact yet functional kitchen is equipped with a gas hob.

The bedroom, located upstairs, features a double bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower bathroom.

A shared laundry facility is situated in a separate building, just 20 meters from the apartment.
