Warthe is a small, relaxing, idyllic village, surrounded by 4 lakes, which are ideal for swimming and fishing. Due to its quiet location, it is particularly attractive for families with small children and schoolchildren.
Supermarkets and restaurants can be found in the next larger town Templin.
The area offers very good bathing and fishing opportunities as well as interesting excursion destinations. The landscape of the Uckermark is very attractive at any time of the year and can also be easily explored by bike. Directly in the village there is a connection to the cycle path "Spur der Steine". The cycle path is also very suitable for inline skating or scootering.
