Separate flat of the landlord on the top floor. The owners value peace and consideration. Youth groups (stag parties) are not accepted.

Parterre: Large, cosy, rustic day room (approx. 80 m²) with pellet stove, table football, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD, dining tables, bar. Well-equipped group kitchen with dishwasher, freezer. Store room. Double room. 3-bed room with single beds. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC. Note: The bathroom and the rooms on the ground floor are barrier-free and suitable for wheelchair users.

1st floor: 6 double rooms. Two 3-bed rooms with single beds. Two showers. Two separate WCs.

2nd floor: Two 3-bed rooms with double bed, single bed. Separate shower. Separate WC.
