L'emplacement est parfait : le bourg de saint julien est accessible à pieds (marché, commerces, location de vélo.....).
La piscine est un gros plus en retour de plage ou lorsque la baignade est interdite.
La cuisine est très bien équipée (mixeur, cocotte minute, four etc....)
