Welcome to Ammerland.
Your cosy, accessible 5-room holiday apartment is located in a green area, about 5 km from the Zwischenahner Meer.
You have access to a large west-facing terrace and a furnished south-facing terrace. Please note that this accommodation is exclusively intended for private stays.
Bookings by companies or for professional purposes (for example, by craftsmen) are not desired. The non-smoking apartment is in a two-family house and is equipped with all necessary comforts. The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and Sodastream. The living room features a large dining table, two sofas and satellite TV. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and satellite TV, the second bedroom with two single beds.
There is also a children's room with a bunk bed for children up to 12 years and a travel cot. The bathroom is equipped with a wheelchair-accessible shower, toilet with grab rails, washbasin and washing machine.
There is also a separate guest toilet. Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided for you.
Wi-Fi is free of charge.
Parking is available at the apartment. The apartment is ideal for cyclists as a starting point for beautiful bike tours in Ammerland.
From here, you can also go for walks through the nearby moorland or plan trips to the North Sea. We look forward to your visit.

Die Wohnungsausstattung, der Empfang mit Obstkorb, Süßigkeiten und Mineralwasser.
Die unbefestigte Straße, die bei Regen starke Wasserflächen aufwies und mit einem Rollator oder Rollstuhl schlecht befahren werden konnte.
Die Entfernung nach Bad Zwischenahn Mitte ist angegeben mit 4 km. das kann nur Luftlinie sein, denn wir haben es nie unter 7 km geschafft.

De ruimte, alles was aanwezig, zelfs roosjes op tafel en koekjes, chocolaatjes. We voelden ons enorm welkom. De host stond ons zelfs op te wachten toen we aan kwamen en toen we een avond laat thuis zouden komen was hij zelfs bezorgd en belde of er niets gebeurd was. Echt heel attent!

Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung konnten wir viele kleine liebevolle Extras, beispielsweise Leckereien, erblicken. Wir durften sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber kennenlernen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig und alle nötigen Dinge sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.
