La casa ha un panorama veramente spettacolare, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una veranda,con tetto, completa per pranzi, cene, cucinare e barbecue. I letti erano buoni. Il posto auto nel cortile condominiale molto apprezzato.
2 Piccoli nei: i gli scalini per arrivare in casa e le stanze da letto poco aerate, compensate dalla presenza del condizionatore .
