Welcome to the cozy Apartment Bachem with balcony, located in the heart of the wine village Bachem, a district of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler on the Ahr.

The apartment offers two bedrooms for up to four guests.

The south-facing balcony invites you to relax, and the dining area by the window is popular for its lovely view.

The bathroom features a spacious shower and a wall-mounted radio.

The kitchen is well equipped, and the host is happy to assist if you need anything.

Bed linen, towels, and dishcloths are provided. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with beautiful views of the vineyards and surrounding greenery.

It is on the first floor and has been lovingly renovated and adapted to guests’ needs.

The house contains three apartments: the first and second floors are vacation rentals, and the host lives on the ground floor.

Thanks to the location in a traffic-calmed zone, it is very quiet. A parking space for one car is available on the property.

There is also storage for e-bikes and bicycles behind a lockable gate. A bakery is just 100 m away, and the village inn with traditional cuisine is 180 m away.

You can reach the vineyards on foot in 5 minutes, the Ahr river in 2 minutes, and the historic center of Ahrweiler with its medieval city wall, pedestrian zone, market square, shops, restaurants, and cafés in about 15–20 minutes.

Bad Neuenahr is about 20–25 minutes away on foot. With the guest card, you can use public transport free of charge. Unfortunately, the apartment cannot be rented to families with small children.
