The open kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... The living room includes a dining area, a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for your moments of relaxation.
The first bedroom, equipped with a double bed (160 cm), will offer you optimal comfort, while the second bedroom has three beds with a bunk bed (90 cm) and a trundle bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and the toilets are separate. Outside, enjoy a furnished balcony, ideal for enjoying our beautiful sunny days or spending mild summer evenings. Finally, this apartment has a private parking space and a shared bicycle storage room, guaranteeing you total convenience for your stay. Appartement toute neuve et très agréable a vivre. Bien équipé. Fait attention au douche , l'eau débord très facilement.
Bien placé pour allée à la plage et en ville.
