It faces the street with a view of the famous Castle Hill adorned with its typical Niçoise buildings. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a secure Niçoise building with an elevator, a stone's throw from tram line 2, which allows you to arrive calmly from Nice Airport or to explore the city with ease. Our accommodation is equipped with a living room with an optimized & light-filled space including: - An open kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, washing machine. - A lounge area equipped with a mobile air conditioner to cool your nights during warm weather, with a standard 140x190 sofa bed with storage, a Smart TV & free Wifi connection. - A dining area facing the window with an unobstructed view. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, toilet, heated towel rail, and is equipped with a hairdryer. A set of bed linen and towels is also provided and prepared for your stay, as well as welcome toiletries upon your arrival (small soaps, coffee). The products provided are indeed welcome toiletries, allowing you to arrive with complete peace of mind.
However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay.

Qielques problèmes à signaler :
1- L'un des voilages, coincé dans un battant de fenêtre, ne permet pas de l'ouvrir.
2- Il manquait une cloche dans le four microonde => achetée à Monoprix
3- La hotte ne fonctionne pas.
