This 375 sq. metre "upside down’’ house provides luxurious, spacious living in an idyllic setting. All areas of this house enjoy panoramic views of the SugarLoaf Mountain and the surrounding countryside. A fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, air-fryer, microwave and 5 ring gas hob comes with everything you need for sumptuous dining, including all herbs and spices! An outdoor covered terrace accessed directly from the living area offers a protected dining area with dining table and gas barbeque. The extensive garden offers plenty of space for outdoor activities, including a full size Boules court, 13ft trampoline, purpose built gym/pilates area with bar and the perfect setting for a log-fired sauna for 4. With a games room offering a full size tennis table and HD projector for movie nights or gaming, there is something for everyone. Local attractions include Wicklow Mountain National Park, Powerscourt Estate, mountain biking, local access to the Wicklow Way, Bray to Greystones Cliff Walk, golf, fishing and horse riding. This family home is available for a minimum stay of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday).
