The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It features a dining area with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen with access to the terrace and porch, three bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds), and two bathrooms.

- The barbecue cannot be used on very hot days or when there is a fire risk; please check availability. Only charcoal may be used in the barbecue. - Fireworks, or anything that could cause sparks and start a fire, are not allowed. - Smokers are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground to prevent fires.

The owners live on the same property, but each rural accommodation has its own private and independent entrance. There are four rural accommodations on the estate, all with private and independent access.

Barcelona, Andorra, and Lleida are easily accessible from the property.
