From October our small country house near the Flensburg Fjord and the Baltic Sea (nearest beach 10 min by car) is ready and newly designed plus private garden with two terraces and barbecue.

The berths are located on the quiet upper deck, including a spacious bathroom with shower and double-seater bath with illuminated whirlpool function. The double washbasin and mirror with Bluetooth speaker invite you to relax. Simply play your favourite playlist and immerse yourself.
Three bedrooms, a king-size bed in the captain's cabin, two sailor's berths with single beds that can each be converted into a double bed, provide space for up to 6 people.
A Vikings board (sofa bed) in the living room offers overnight accommodation for two more Vikings.

TV with streaming services, high-speed WLAN, smart home, triple-glazed windows with sun protection, elec. Shutters, terrace at the house, smoker grill, fireplace, children's paddling pool.
Public transport is within walking distance.
Sterup is located in the centre of Angeln, the eastern hilly region of Schleswig-Holstein. The larger towns of Flensburg, Kappeln and Schleswig are all within 20 kilometres and are ideal for strolling, shopping, fishing and boat trips. You drive 10 minutes to the nearest beach, within a radius of 20 km there are about 30 different beaches on the Flensburg Fjord such as Holnis or the Baltic Sea such as Kronsgaard and the spa town of Damp.
Water sports of all kinds can be practised, from sailing, water skiing (e.g. Jagel near Schleswig) to surfing, kiting, etc.
Nature conservation areas, forests and nature let your soul come to rest.
Travel back in time to the Vikings in the Viking village of Haitabu near Schleswig. In summer some Vikings organise the traditions there.

Electricity is generated by a photovoltaic system and we also use rainwater for the house and garden. We have installed water saving systems. The modern heating system (heat pump) keeps the temperature at a constant level, and in the hot summer it cools in the air conditioning function.
