No ski bus, no car needed, no through traffic (only a 4-minute walk to the lift).
Quiet, sunny location on the edge of the forest (south-west slope), allergy-friendly zone at an altitude of 1,450 m.
The 6-kilometer long illuminated toboggan run ends just 200 meters from the house.
Close to the Pitztal Glacier (approx. 29 km).
The best starting point for hikes up to the first three-thousanders of the Pitztal.
Directly outside your doorstep, you will find cozy alpine hiking trails, bike routes, and Nordic walking trails.
