The 85 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people, a children's room with 2 sleeping options, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 5 people.
This holiday flat has a private 33 m² terrace facing south-east, which ensures relaxing days and evenings from dawn to dusk.
The equipment also includes WiFi, a Smart TV with streaming service, a fan as well as children's books, cookery books and toys, board games and card games.
A cot and high chair are also available.
The fully equipped kitchen has a hob with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a prep and cook (multifunctional food processor) with various cooking accessories.
Further kitchen accessories are also available for private cooking pleasure.
Cooking spices, vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee and tea are also available.
In the immediate vicinity are the Plohn leisure park, the Pöhl dam, the extensive Vogtlandsee lake, the Syrau dragon cave, the Wildenau leisure area with outdoor pool, the Morgenröthe-Rautenkranz space exhibition and many good restaurants.
There is also an outdoor pool, a private brewery with a drinks market and several playgrounds in the town center.
The excursion destination "Perlaser Turm" is well positioned at the weekend, always in good weather seasonally with a snack offer and also very easy to reach on foot or by bike.
Various shopping facilities (e.g. butchers, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies etc.) are within walking distance.
Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the house.

Unsere Gastgeber waren einfach toll und wir waren rundum zufrieden und begeistert. Die Wohnung war super sauber, es gab kleine Naschereien aus dem Garten und immer ein paar tolle Ausflugstipps. Die Produkte aus dem Klinkerhaus sind mit viel Liebe selbstgemacht und super lecker. Wir freuen uns schon auf das Verspeisen der mitgenommenen Produkte.
Das unser Urlaub schon zu Ende ist und wir nicht mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben können.
Der Aufenthalt war,sehr angenehm und die Gastfamilie ist sehr nett

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber,die Küche ist super ausgestattet,die Terasse ist sehr schön und man kann von Treuen aus das Vogtland super erkunden.Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft gut weiterempfehlen.
Nur eine Kleinigkeit ist anzusprechen,eventuell ein Sonnensegel oder Sonnenschirm wäre für die Terasse supi,aber das haben wir auch besprochen.Sonst alles 👍
