The 110 sqm holiday apartment extends over two floors and offers a total of five bedrooms.
On the first floor, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom with tub and integrated shower, as well as three bedrooms (each with a single bed, a 1.40 m bed, and a 1.40 m bed plus a single bed).
A spiral staircase leads to the large balcony with barbecue and covered seating area.
From the dining room, a small space-saving staircase leads to the attic, where there are two small bedrooms and a shower room.
Important: The single room in the attic is located behind the bathroom.
There is a washing machine in the house for shared use.
The large garden with trampoline, climbing tower, slackline, swings, slides, a tree house in the woods, and the play barn with billiards, table tennis and air hockey are available to all guests.
All terraces and balconies belong to the respective apartment.
The 'Reuse' is a building in the most beautiful location.
Situated on the edge of the village, directly on the circular hiking trail around the Steinhuder Meer, it offers pure relaxation for all nature lovers.
With its well-equipped apartments (from 55 sqm - 140 sqm), the large garden and the many play and leisure facilities, it has been recognized as particularly child-friendly by the 'Kinderferienland Niedersachsen' campaign! Three of the 7 vacation apartments can be booked online via the portal.

Mardorf is a tranquil little village on the sunny northern shore of the Steinhuder Meer - about 40 km northwest of Hanover - which, despite increasing tourism, has been spared the hustle and bustle.
Nevertheless, it has a lot to offer for your leisure activities.
In addition to beautiful cycle paths, there are various water sports, fishing, swimming and sunbathing on the beach, two tennis courts, a 27-hole golf course, where guests are also welcome, as well as cafés, restaurants, mini golf and much more.
A very attractive climbing garden rounds off the offer.
There is an arts and crafts market on Ascension Day and on October 3, and on the second and fourth Saturday of each month 'the fleas' are on sale at the flea market.
In the surrounding area: Dinopark Münchehagen, Serengeti Park Hodenhagen, Vogelpark Walsrode, Heide Park, potts park Minden, ...
Various shopping facilities (farm stores, supermarket, cake factory, ...) as well as a post office, Sparkassen-SB-Center and a dentist are available in the village itself.
