Great location. House lovely and warm. 2 very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen and lounge.
A couple of minor repairs needed but didn’t spoil the stay.

Location was very good, short drive into Rochester centre. Heating was good, on quiet housing estate, good off road parking.
Not a case of not liking anything in particular. Property quite spacious, functional and we had a nice stay. Window blind in main bathroom was broken and reported to owner. But didn’t really detract from our stay

Garden needed mowing ( done on our last day
Cookware was old and non stick peeling off and stained
Two kitchen cabinets broken and taped up
No garden chairs
Couch supports broken x3
Supplied one towel each!
Front garden garbage and many weeds in tiles
Kitchen dining tile floor very dirty
No bath mat for shower.
