Located directly on the shores of Lake Garda in San Felice del Benaco, with a magnificent view of the Manerba mountains and the island of Garda, this beautiful, small complex awaits you with all the amenities you need for a successful holiday.
Peace, nature, and entertainment are perfectly balanced here.
The holiday complex offers the following facilities: stylishly furnished accommodations surrounded by green nature, a modern sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, as well as two pools with massage jets (guaranteed approximately from the end of May to the end of September) and direct lake views, a beach café, and a fitness area, also with direct lake views.
For the younger guests, there is a small children's play area.
A dedicated app for the complex allows you to order delivery services for the restaurant, pizzeria, and supermarket with just one click.
Lake Garda is also ideal for numerous water sports.
Golf enthusiasts will find great golf courses in the surrounding area. The 34sqm Baia New Project mobile home is modern, bright, and comfortable.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bunk bed (for a child up to 11 years old). The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, sink, cutlery, dishes, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The combined living and dining area is furnished with a sofa and a satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.
A semi-covered wooden terrace with a table and chairs invites you to relax.
Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have multiple units of the same type. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay in your desired season.

POOL The holiday complex offers two whirlpools with massage jets on the sun terrace, inviting you to relax. FAMILY FRIENDLY A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request and incur additional costs.
A small children's play area is also available. LEISURE AND SPORTS The complex features an excellently equipped outdoor fitness area with wonderful views of the stunning landscape of Lake Garda.
Healthy snacks and fresh smoothies await you at the Beach Café. Water sports facilities and golf courses can be found in the immediate vicinity. SHOPPING In the vicinity of the holiday complex, you will find grocery stores and supermarkets. BOARD The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

LOCATION
This holiday village is located on the western side of Lake Garda in an area known for its magnificent, colorful panoramas and its lush nature. The Piccola Gardiola complex impresses with its direct lakefront location with beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Manerba.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
San Felice del Benaco is idyllically situated on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda. The main town, with its narrow old streets and a romantically overgrown castle ruin, is located about 2 kilometers above the lake. Narrow roads lead from here to the beautiful bathing coves around Porto San Felice, Porto Portese, and the San Fermo peninsula. From Portese – a small village belonging to the municipality – you have a beautiful view of the neighboring town of Salò, which nestles into the bay of the same name. The center of Portese offers some nice local eateries. Directly in front of the San Felice del Garda shoreline lies the island of Isola del Garda. On the island stands the magnificent villa in the Neo-Gothic Venetian style, which once served Saint Francis of Assisi as a place of meditation and can be visited today during the summer months. Every Wednesday, San Felice del Benaco hosts a lovely weekly market where, in addition to fresh fish, fruits, and vegetables, you can find unique cured meats and cheese specialties at good prices. In just 1.5 hours by car, you can reach Verona for a city trip, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course, the world-renowned Arena with its open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, inviting you for an extensive shopping spree. A drive around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, one of Italy's largest amusement parks. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from a whitewater rafting ride to a fairy tale theme world, there's something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, counting many threatened animals like tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. Along a walking path, visitors can go on a safari and get closer to animals like rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
