The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
It can accommodate up to 6 guests—maximum 4 adults and up to 2 children.

Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a fenced garden and open terrace. A supermarket and bakery are just 50 m away, the Zwischenahner Meer is 650 m away, the train station is 1.5 km away, and bike rentals and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.
Local highlights include the Park der Gärten (a large park with themed gardens), a wave pool, and a public outdoor pool (open May to September). Oldenburg is 20 km away. A private parking space is located directly behind the house.

The large parking lot in front of the house is not for guest use. Families with children are welcome.

Wie beschrieben eine schöne Wohnung. Es ist zwar recht klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist super und das meiste absolut fußläufig zu erreichen!
Die Wohnung ist ein wenig Hellhörig… für uns war es nicht weiter schlimm, aber man sollte es vorweg wissen.
Wir haben uns gut erholt, kann ich weiter empfehlen

Sehr sauberer Eindruck! Separater Parkplatz, gute Ausstattung, moderne Einrichtung, gute Ausrüstung für mitgebrachte Hunde.
Stadtnähe, gute und nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Die Oldenburger Straße ist recht laut,die Fenster sind aber schallgedämmt. Uns waren die Matrazen etwas zu weich, aber das ist eine persönlich Einschätzung.
