Mein Partner und ich waren für 5 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Spallholtz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder!
Der Kontakt mit Frau Spallholtz war sehr angenehm über Telefon und Email, und wir haben uns wirklich herzlich in ihrem Haus aufgenommen gefühlt.

Wir können uns den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen! Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, schöne Dachterrasse, schnell am Sund und in der Stadt, Einrichtung sehr gepflegt und sauber und vor allem: eine herzliche Vermieterin!

Urlaub Stralsund, Jul 2018
Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, großzügig ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Sahnehäubchen ist der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Altstadt von Stralsund. Zum strahlend schönen Wetter passte perfekt die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin.
