Bedrooms overlook the pine forest and golf course; the living room and pool face south with no overlooking neighbors. Walk or cycle to the beach, surf spots, golf (200 m), tennis (17 courts, 800 m), treetop adventure park, and cycle paths.

Bicycles are available. Outside: dining area under a pergola, barbecue, plancha, heated pool (27-28°C in summer, included in July-August), pool robot, outdoor shower.

A workspace is set up on the mezzanine with a desk and dual HD screens. Included: personalized welcome, bed linen (beds made), towels, bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning, regular pool maintenance.
