Location: Umhausen. Quiet location in a residential area. Climbing garden Engelswand only 150 m. Ötzi Fun Arena with go-kart track 850 m. Leisure park Area 47 with climbing garden, rafting, canyoning, wakeboard facility, concerts, etc. 11 km. Aqua Dome Therme Längenfeld 13 km.
Leisure: cinema. Restaurants, bars, cafés, discos.
Excursions: Innsbruck, Timmelsjoch, South Tyrol, Bolzano, Merano.
House: Beautiful, exclusive alpine chalet in Canadian log cabin style, newly built in 2019. Cosy 3-room house with approx. 60 sqm living space over 2 floors. Unique, rustic living ambience thanks to the use of natural logs. Upscale equipment with tasteful furnishings. Free internet access via W-Lan. Underfloor heating. Spacious terrace with seating furniture. 2 parking spaces at the house.
Parterre: Cosy living room with corner sofa, satellite TV, radio/CD, cosy dining area with dining table, well-equipped, modern kitchenette (oven, microwave, slicer, dishwasher). Beautiful 4-bed room with double bed, bunk bed. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC.
1st floor: attic with sloping ceilings: Pretty gallery with open, beautiful double room, generously extended to the rustic roof gable, with double bed, sitting area.
Please note that the size of the dog with a shoulder height of 30cm (10kg) may not be exceeded. Cats or other pets are not allowed!

Ruhig gelegen, mit super Blick auf die Berge, mit den davor gelegenen Weiden samt Kühen und Schafen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen um Unternehmungen zu starten. Super sauber. Waren sicherlich nicht das letze Mal dort.
