The 'Galeriewohnung Mit Seeblick' is idyllically located in Absberg by Lake Brombach and offers beautiful lake views.
This two-story apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom—ideal for up to 2 guests. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a washing machine.
Please note that in this rural area, internet speed may be limited during holiday periods due to high demand, which can also affect the smart TV. Relax on the private balcony.
Parking is available directly at the house.
The apartment is close to the beach and well connected to public transport. Please note: The apartment is located directly on Grießbuck street, so you may hear traffic noise during the day. As a classic gallery apartment, it features sloped ceilings and lower ceiling areas, making it less suitable for very tall guests.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor; the gallery is accessed via a steep internal staircase.
Therefore, it is not suitable for children or for elderly or mobility-impaired guests. A local tourist tax and a security deposit apply for all stays—these are available for an extra fee. House rules: Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
Please leave the apartment tidy and separate your waste. The apartment features energy-saving lighting.
After booking, you will receive a contact form to complete.
This helps the host prepare for your stay.
