Die Wohnung ist mit gut abgestimmten Mobiliar ausgesstattet
Ausstattung mit besseren Reingungsgerät ( Eimer, Wischtuch, guter Staubsauger) könnte besser sein. Vorhandene Leuchten sollten auch funktionieren ( Küche). Einfache Bedienung der Küchengeräte ( Herd) wäre gut. Die Duschkabine

An den Fliesen in der Küche war noch der Schmutz von den Vorgängern.
Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen/schmuddelige Duschwand.
Der Hauseingang war nicht gerade einladend, ungepflegt und auch in die Jahre gekommen.
Fähranleger und Gastronomie fußläufig zu erreichen.

Gute, ruhige Lage. Der Fähranleger, Restaurant sowie ein Imbiss waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung war neu renoviert. Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden um einen Urlaub zu zweit zu genießen. Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
