Die Wohnung und Ausstattung war okay. .
Lage, sehr nah am Deich, toll.
Bevor warmes Wasser aus der Leitung kommt, laufen mehrere Liter in den Abfluss. Dusche hat undichte Tür. Einige Haken im Bad wären gut.
Für den Preis ist das jedoch Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Mehr Kontakt zum Vermieter wäre wünschenswert.
Die FeW entsprach der Beschreibung und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist mit gut abgestimmten Mobiliar ausgesstattet
Ausstattung mit besseren Reingungsgerät ( Eimer, Wischtuch, guter Staubsauger) könnte besser sein. Vorhandene Leuchten sollten auch funktionieren ( Küche). Einfache Bedienung der Küchengeräte ( Herd) wäre gut. Die Duschkabine

An den Fliesen in der Küche war noch der Schmutz von den Vorgängern.
Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen/schmuddelige Duschwand.
Der Hauseingang war nicht gerade einladend, ungepflegt und auch in die Jahre gekommen.
