The apartment is located in a modern condominium complex with a shared swimming pool, which enjoys a pleasant view.
Semi-central and convenient location: in 20 minutes on foot or by bus you can reach the escalator in Piazza Italia and from here you can start exploring the historic centre.
Perugia Station is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

The 60 m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance from the garden and is divided into two levels: the presence of an internal flight of stairs should therefore be noted. *** GROUND FLOOR *** - KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, traditional oven, toaster and electric kettle - DINING AREA with island/table with stools - LIVING AREA sofa, armchairs, split A/C and TV **** FIRST FLOOR *** - ROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers and convector heater for A/C - ROOM II with sofa and desk - WALK-IN CLOSET - BATHROOM with wc, bidet and large shower cubicle with chromotherapy.
Additional services available to guests: uncovered parking space in the garden, UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). To be shared with the other guests of the structure, the following are available: - Outdoor swimming pool open from May to September - External laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

We enjoyed the apartment and it was everything advertised. Great views of Perugia, was able to walk to many places but also had secure parking and everything we needed to cook ourselves but also explore the city and its surroundings.
