Splendid traditional gîte in totally restored farm building dating from the 17th century.
Semi-detached, stone-built.
Located in hamlet, near the village & shops, 16 km from Lyon (North-West).
Ground floor : entrance via winter garden (original bread oven), large living room (accessed via 3 stairs, dining & lounge areas), hall (2 stairs) leading to equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed), shower room & separate WC. 1st floor : small hall, bathroom including WC. 2nd hall leading to sleeping area : 1 bedroom (2 single beds) + 1 family suite made of 2 open bedrooms (double bed) (attic upstairs with 2 single beds). 2nd floor (attic level) : attic bedroom (120cm single bed, single 90 cm bed, cot).
Baby equipment on request.
Terrace with outdoor pergola (directly accessed from kitchen), enclosed garden with flower and former winepress (may be crossed by neighbours to reach their home), deck chairs.
Charcoal barbecue.
Private parking area outside the property.

Excellent sejour, endroit tres reposant avec acces direct a divers sentiers en bout d impasse sans circulation.Village tres sympathique a 20mn a pied du gite et a quelques pas d un parc avec divers jeux pour petits et grands.Super Pizzeria et Boulangerie.

Gîte au calme et au frais à seulement 20 min de Lyon. J'avais réservé pour les 40 ans entre copines, c'était parfait !Les Uber viennent jusqu'à nous. 30°C dehors mais une maison très fraîche. Des matelas confortables. Un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vraiment ce gîte.

Nous avons passé un super weekend familial à la Bergeonnière. Le gite est grand, confortable et le jardin d'hiver est idéal pour un espace enfant. Les alentours sont très agréables pour faire de jolies balades. Merci!
