At heart of the hilly countryside of the Lyonnais region (Lyon's green lung), converted farmhouse in peaceful hamlet, just 3 km from village, including gîte accessed via shared enclosed courtyard (2 adjoining dwellings). At the back, private terrace made of wood overlooking the countryside.
Character interior, cosy tasteful décor: country style, exposed beams, ornamental fireplace, exposed stone wall...Upstairs (outside stairs): large living room, kitchen area, dining area, bedroom (double bed), shower room, WC. Lower floor: hall (direct outside access to courtyard), bedroom (2 single beds, ensuite shower room/WC). Upper floor: mezzanine with lounge area (flat screen TV), sleeping area (open space with 2 single beds), bedroom (2 single beds). Private unclosed garden (covered area, grassy area), table tennis, barbecue.
Underfloor heating (geothermal) + electric heaters on the upper floor.
Extra charge for electricity/heating : 50 euros/week except from 03 July to 28 August.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. L'endroit est magnifique, très confortable et parfaitement adapté aux familles. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner était sur place, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Tres bon acceuil, chaleureux et à toute heure.Quelques difficultés pour capter du réseau téléphonique pour joindre les propriétaires lors de l arrivee. Gite bien équipé et bien entretenu. Nous y avons vécu de belles retrouvailles en famille.Merci !
